Anne Varghese has a Master’s in Business Administration with close to 11 years of experience in Banking Industry. She has handled varied portfolios across the banking domain covering Strategic initiatives at the COO office, Product design in Debit and Credit cards segment, Process re-engineering, Operational transformation, and customer service at the Call centre She is a strong advocate of sales through customer service and team building effectiveness. An analyst by nature, she is proficient at analyzing cross-functional synergies, skilled at grasping process improvement opportunities within an organisational and follower of the Data Analytics domain.
Anne is very passionate about training and mentorship to the youth of India and focuses her efforts in bridging the gap between what colleges offer to and what the corporate expects of new joinees.
